Joann Ballard

JoAnn Ballard 50, of Ocean Springs, died Sunday, November 1, 2009. She is survived by her mother, Melba Biggot of Ocean Springs, a brother William A. Brooks of Woolmarket, a sister Brenda Loll of Ocean Springs, a son Scott Jones of Littleton, NC, a daughter Kimberly Kennedy of Biloxi, two grandsons , a granddaughter, one niece and four nephews. JoAnn was a wonderful, caring woman who saw the good in all people and was always willing to give to everyone else before herself, no matter what the cost. She will always have a special place in the hearts and lives of people she touched and will be sadly missed.
