JoAnn Wallace

JoAnn Wallace, age 81, of Biloxi, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

JoAnn was born on May 8, 1944, in South Bend, IN to Edward Turnock and Carmel Wickey Turnock. She was retired and loved to dance. She also loved the New Orleans Saints.

JoAnn was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Wallace; sister, Patricia Austin; and brothers, Butch Turnock and Larry Turnock.

Survivors include her children, Thomas E. Wheeler (Vickie), Tim J. Wheeler (Jan), and Tammy A. Wheeler Goulart (Stevie); grandchildren, Thomas E. Wheeler III (Ericka), Kristen K. Truitt Jeremy, Justin K. Wheeler (Katelyn), Breanna N. Malley (Josh),and Shelby S. Wheeler Moreau (James); great-grandchildren, Thomas III, Addyson, Sawyer, Grayson, Presley, Kirklyn, Charleigh, Loxlee, Rynlee, Raelyn, Teagan, Ashtyn, Kaizleigh, Adleigh, and Allie Grace; brother, Mike Turnock; and her pet, Lucy.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, December 22, 2025, at Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport is honored to serve the family of JoAnn Wallace.
