John F. Ivy, Jr.

John F. Ivy, Jr., 65, of Vancleave, MS passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2011. Mr. Ivy was born in Meridian and had been a resident of Vancleave for the past 2 years. He loved his family and fishing, coffee and beignets. Mr. Ivy is preceded in death by his mother, Estelle Beason Pickard; brother, Bob Beason; father, Robert Earl Beason. He is survived by his daughter, April Ivy of New Orleans; son, John B. Ivy of Florida; sisters, Bonnie Page of MS, Betty Fountain of Navarre, FL; brother, Tom Ivy of Pembroke Pines, FL and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Biloxi.
