Mr. John W. McAllister, age 88, of Ocean Springs, passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2023.
John was a native and life long resident of the Gulf Coast. He was a retired business owner who mentored many.
John was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Faye McAllister.
Survivors include his daughters, Kathryn Kahl, Lisa Simons (Allen), and Lydia Cox; grandchildren, Courtney Payne (Wesley), Colby Kahl, Crystal Serrano (Daniel), C.J. Cox, Caitlin Steele, and Emily Simons; 16 great grandchildren, Allyson, Madison, Landen, Carly, Colby, Finn, Cruz, Addilynn, Luke, Paisley, Alice, Boyd, Elijah, Emma, Skylar, Delaney; and four great-great grandchildren, Xander, Landyn, Kailor, Brinleigh.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 20, 2023, at the Bradford-O’Keefe Ocean Springs Chapel. Friends may visit one hour before. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Ocean Springs.
