John Milton Seymour

John M. Seymour, 93, of D'Iberville, MS died on Tuesday, August 25, 2009. Mr. Seymour was a lifelong resident of D'Iberville. He served in the US Army during WW II. He was a longtime bar and restaurant owner of Seymour's in D'Iberville. He will be missed, loved and cherished by his wife and all of his family members. Mr. Seymour is preceded in death by a son, Charles M. Seymour. He is survived by his wife, Maggie Seymour of D'Iberville; daughter, Peggy (David) VanDevender of Ocean Springs; sons, Billy (Becky) Watts of Saucier, Johnnie Williams of Missouri; sister, Ruby Lee Smith of D'Iberville; brother, James Alvin Seymour of D'Iberville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, including Sarah Seymour and Vinnie Seymour; numerous great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, Makayla Perdue. Funeral Services will be on Friday, August 28, 2009 at 1:30 pm at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Ave., Biloxi. Friends may visit from 11:30 am until service time.
