Joivan Kitchen, USAF Retired

SMSgt Joivan Kitchen of Biloxi, MS passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016. SMSgt Kitchen was born on July 28, 1920 in Buckline, Missouri. He is preceded in death by his parents, Steve and Vina Kitchen; and his sisters and brothers, George Dale, Guy, Goldie, Mildred, Junior and Sylvia. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Alma; his son, Michael (BeBe); his sisters, Margie and Phylis; and many other relatives and friends. A private graveside service will be held at the Biloxi National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the charity of one’s choice. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
