Jonathan "Junior" Jenkins

Jonathan Sulaman Jenkins “Junior”, 21 of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.

He was born on February 28, 2003 in San Diego, CA to Jonathan Mathew Jenkins and Dunia Sulaiman. He attended Camp Shelby Youth Challenge Academy, MGCCC in Hattiesburg, and was the valedictorian of his high school. He was a sophomore at MGCCC, Perkinston campus, has had various P/T jobs, among those was a chiropractic assistant, alongside his grandfather. He enjoyed playing the piano and guitar, camping, fishing, and being with friends.

Junior was preceded in death by his father, Jonathan Mathew Jenkins.

He is survived by his mother, Dunia Sulaiman; grandfather, Dr. Ron Jenkins(Hillery); grandmother, Carrie Ann Jenkins; numerous aunts and uncles; siblings, Mia Hebert and Styles Hebert; and his unborn child.

A funeral service will be held at 6:00pm on Monday, June 3, 2024 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Ocean Springs. Friends may visit from 4:00pm until service time.
