Joseph K. Catchot

Joseph K. Catchot, best known as Joe passed peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. Joe is preceded in death by his mother and father, Bessie and Stanford Catchot; his brothers, Leonard and Stanford “Chucky” Catchot; and granddaughter, Hannah Hammonds.

Survivors include his daughters, Kelly Conn-Ware and Katie Hammonds; and three grandchildren, Jessica Conn, Nathan Ware, and Natalie Ware. Joe honorably served in the Navy during the Vietnam War and had 50 years of dedicated service to the VA Hospital. He attended Cedar Lake United Methodist Church regularly.

A small memorial service will be held for him at the aforementioned church on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 6 pm. We, the family, thank you for your thoughts and prayers during this time. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Joseph K. Catchot.
