Joseph Anthony Todaro Jr.

Joseph Anthony Todaro Jr., 80 of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026.

He was born on October 28, 1945 in Bay St. Louis, MS to Joseph Anthony Todaro, Sr. and Frances Benigno-Todaro. He was a graduate of Notre Dame High School, Biloxi MS in 1963. He attended UNO Business School.

Joseph retired after twenty-eight years for Frito Lay as a route salesman, then spent ten years with Memorial Hospital of Gulfport as an escort. He enjoyed spending time with family, visiting the local casinos with his wife of sixty-one years, Gail, friends and family, watching his favorite sports, NASCAR, football, golf, and baseball.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Anthony Todaro Sr. and Frances Benigno-Todaro, and sibling, Angelina Orofino.

He is survived by his spouse, Linda Gail Gilbert-Todaro; children, Shawn (Teresa) Joseph Todaro and Jerrod (Jeanell) Todaro; grandchildren, Katelyn (Nichole) Todaro, Bryson Todaro, Nola Todaro, Brooke (Justin) Terry, and Logan (Curstin) McCandless; and great- grandchildren, Evie, Ellie, Tynlee, Major, and Easton.
