Judith Jordan Ball

Judith Jordan Ball, 79, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2022, in Summerville, SC. 

She was born on December 19, 1942, in Ocean Springs, MS.  She was a graduate of Ocean Spring High School and The University of Southern Mississippi. 

Judy spent most of her life as a proud resident of Oceans Springs, MS, where she taught elementary school.  She was a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church.  She enjoyed playing tennis, bridge and volunteering her time for various city, church, and school organizations.  After living in Ocean Springs for over 60 years, she moved to Summerville to be with her son and grandchildren.  She always considered Ocean Springs home and leaves behind many great friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Jordan; mother, Elaine Jordan (Craft); stepmother, Sue Jordan (Williamson); and husband, Claude Wallace Ball. 

She is survived by her son, Richard Ball; grandsons, Jordan Ball and Oliver Ball; and sister, Mary McKinney.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to The Lord Is My Help in Ocean Springs.
