Kathleen Ann Murphy Hebert, 78, died Wednesday, April 12, 2017 in Ocean Springs, MS. Mrs. Hebert was born in New Orleans, LA, and had been a lifelong resident of Biloxi. She was a member of Nativity B.V.M. Catholic Cathedral where she was a member of the Altar Society. She was a member of Young Matrons, and Derby Sutters. She graduated from Sacred Heart High School in Biloxi. She graduated from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Perkinston Campus, where she was a member of the Perkettes Dance Team. She attended St. Mary’s Dominican College.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William G. and Ruth Murphy; two sons, Tony and Paul Michael Hebert. Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Elie J. Hebert of Biloxi, MS; two brothers, Bill (Patricia) Murphy of Biloxi, MS and Pat (Lynn) Murphy of Lexington, KY; daughters, Vicki (Mark) Howard and Ann-Marie (David) Leckich of Biloxi; sons, Bryan (Linda) Hebert and Ivy (Lisa) Hebert of Gulfport, MS; seven grandchildren, Mark-David (Amanda) Howard and Chad (Tricia) Howard of Gulfport, MS, Victoria Leckich of Biloxi, MS, Becca Hebert of Atlanta, GA, Jessi Hebert of Gulfport, MS, Jania (Michael) Adams, Jason Hebert, Anthony Hebert and Michael Hebert all of Biloxi, MS; five great grandchildren, Lexi Killebrew, Annalie and Maddox Howard of Gulfport; Faith and Anchor Adams of Biloxi and coming in September, Chad Hebert Howard, Jr. of Gulfport.
The family asks in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Nativity B.V.M. Elementary School or Nativity B.V.M. Cathedral.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 17, 2017 at 11am at Nativity B.V.M. Catholic Cathedral where friends may call one and a half hours before service time. Burial will be in Biloxi City Cemetery. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
