Kathy Elizabeth Delancey Howard

Kathy Elizabeth Delancey Howard, age 67 of Vancleave, MS passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021. She was born on February 19, 1954. She was a native and lifelong resident of Vancleave, MS. She was a florist and former owner of Cousins Florist in Vancleave. She was known as "Nonny" to all the children. Kathy is survived by her husband, Terry Howard I; daughter, Amanda Buck; son, Terry (Anna) Howard II; sisters, Lydia Delancey and Trisha (Ricky) Jones; brothers, Tim Delancey and Troy (Tracy) Delancey; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. with a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 27, 2021 all at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Vancleave, MS.
