Kay Starr Williams, 69, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2025.
Kay loved God and never met a stranger. Born in Biloxi in 1955 and raised in Latimer, she graduated from Jackson County Exceptional School. She worked for the CETA program in Ocean Springs as well as the Royal D’Iberville hotel, now called Treasure Bay, where she was a housekeeper. She enjoyed talking with God, reading the Bible, going to Church, singing, as well as spending time with her children.
Kay is preceded by her mother and father, Loretta and Vincent; as well as Paul, one of her brothers; and Judy, Thelma, and Mary Delores, her sisters.
She is survived by Pat, Thomas, Leon, Lynn, Rose, and Scott, her sisters and brothers; David Entrekin Sr., her Ex-Husband; Lonnie, Joe, and Theresa, her children; Loretta, Andrew, Elizabeth and Christopher, her four grandchildren; Javier, her great-grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
