Kelly Berry, 57, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022. Kelly was born November 12, 1964 to James Ehlers and Norma Ruth Howell.
Though she was born in Mississippi, Kelly graduated from Santa Teresa High School in California. She worked as a dispatcher for long haul driving companies and in her free time she enjoyed spending time with her family, her significant other, gardening, and being with her friends and her dogs.
Kelly is preceded in death by her mother and father, Norma Howell and James Elhers; and her late husband, Del Berry.
Survivors include her significant other, Kyle Petit; daughter, Michelle (Dustin) Smith; sons, Billy Pigue III and Dylan (Andrea) Wooley; grandchildren, Kylin Smith, Hailey Pigue, Tegan Smith, Edward Ford, Emmett Wooley, and Ellison Wooley; two brothers and one sister; many cousins and extended family and friends; and her loving pets Skipper, Rio D, and Gypsy, also known as her Muppet Puppet.
Kelly’s wishes were to be cremated and have a portion of her ashes placed with her mother, a portion placed by her late husband, Del, and a portion to be scattered by her children. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at 4 PM on Friday, July 1, 2022 at Serene Memorial Gardens located at 12800 MS 613 Moss Point, MS 39562 at the graveside of Norma Howell.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association in Kelly’s name. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Kelly Berry.
