Kenneth R Jones

Kenneth R. Jones went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 13, 2016. He was born in Utica, MS on April 14, 1944, and graduated from Forest Hill High School. Kenneth lived most of his adult life in Terry, MS. He loved life, the outdoors, and most of all his family and horses. Kenneth was a retired horse trainer and trained many local, state, and national winners. He was proceded in death by his parents, Robert Charles Jones and Mary Alma Jones, two siblings, Carolyn Bronson and David Jones. He is survived by his wife, Irene “Pooh” Jones; son, Bear (Peggy) Jones; sister, Sylvia (Hyot) Stoffergen; brother Bobby (Joyce) Jones; step-grand children; and beloved nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at Southern Memorial Park in Biloxi, MS at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 18, 2016. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
