King Chan

Aug 14, 1940 — Jul 27, 2026

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of King Chan, a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and cherished uncle.

King spent many years working in the restaurant industry, where he was known for his dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to serving others. After retiring, he embraced life’s simple pleasures, especially traveling with loved ones and spending time at the casinos, where he enjoyed playing blackjack and slot machines.More than anything, King loved his family. He found great joy in watching his family grow and treasured every moment spent with those he loved. His kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering love will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

King is lovingly survived by his beloved wife, Wai Chan; his daughters, Angela Chan and Maylee Necklaus; his son, John Chan; his treasured grandson, Kai Rosenstiel, the son of Angela Chan; and his beloved niece, Tammy Choy. He also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who will forever cherish his memory.

King’s legacy lives on through the love he shared, the values he instilled, and the countless memories he created with those closest to him. Although he will be deeply missed, his spirit will remain in the hearts of his family and friends forever.“Those we love don’t go away; they walk beside us every day.”

Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of King Chan.
