Kitty loved poker and had weekly games on Sunday with her “Poker Girls” Sammie, Sally and Patsy. Sammie Jones was her Best Friend of over 30 years. She was known for her love of flowers, cooking, and baking. She loved yard “saleing” every Saturday with her sister Patsy. She was the Louise to Patsy’s Thelma. Always bringing home treasures they “needed” and just couldn’t pass up. Her Great Grandbabies were the apple of her eye. She loved spending time with them and was always ready to pull out a video to show “what these monkeys are doing now”. She showered everyone with Love. Her gentle soul and kind heart were felt whenever she was near. She never refused to help anyone no matter the need. Kitty was the “keeper of secrets”, the confidant, the Rock, the glue that held everyone together. The world was a better place because of her.
Kitty loved music. All genres but her favorites were “Doo Wop”, and she never missed the Grammy’s. Her collection of thousands of CD’s would crank up loud and play when she was home and crafting. She was extremely talented at sewing, crafting and making others feel special.
