Lilly Mae Breaux

Lilly Mae Romero Breaux, 89, of Biloxi, MS died Wednesday, February 22, 2012 in Philadelphia, MS. Lilly was a lifelong resident of Biloxi. She was retired from the Biloxi School District and she was a member of the Fleur de Lis Ladies Auxiliery. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. "Frenchie" Breaux; son, Britt C. Breaux; parents, Bill and Clementine Romero; sister, Inez Frentz; and brother, Pompie Romero. Survivors include her daughter, Karen Sue Torrealba Ladd and her husband, William "Buddy" Ladd; sister, Lee Joyce Cunningham; brother, Minus M. Romero and his wife, Gail; grandchildren, Maria Galloway and her husband Evan, Margarett Moore and her husband Clayton, Scott Rothermel and his wife Leila and Monique Sarco and her husband Pat; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home on Friday, February 24, 2012 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a 6:30 pm rosary. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Michael's Catholic Church on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 10:00 am where friends may visit from 9:00 am until mass time. Interment will follow at the Biloxi City Cemetery. There will be a gathering of friends and family at the French Club following the burial to celebrate the life of Lilly.
