Linda R. Craighead, 74 of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Friday, October 7, 2022.
She was born on December 8, 1947 in Attalla, AL to Arey and Mary Yates. She graduated from multiple Northeast Alabama Facilities. She was employed with child care and assisted living services. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, and knitting.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Arey and Mary Yates; child, Charles; and eight siblings.
She is survived by her children, Jim and Tamara, Rob and Christine, Ken and Lisa, and a friend that was loved like a daughter, Margie; grandchildren, Haley, Austin, Connor, and Mandy; and siblings, Phyllis Minshew and Allen Yates.
The family would like to extend a thank you to Kristy Thornhill with Hospice of Light- Singing River Health System for her care and support.
