Linda Adams DiSalvo, 63, of Gulfport died Thursday, August 9, 2012 in Gulfport.
She was born in Jacksonville, Fla. and had been a resident of the Gulf Coast for 44 years. She worked at the President Casino and the Silver Slipper Casino for 19 years. Linda was a hard working single mother who loved spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Roy James and Vera Chancey Adams, Sr.;
and a daughter, Tammy Pye; a sister, Betty Williams; and two brothers, Roy Adams, Jr.
and Melvin Adams.
She is survived by a daughter, Sherry O’Brien of Gulfport; two sons, Chris DiSalvo of Mobile, Ala. and Jamie DiSalvo of Gulfport;a brother, Tommy J. Adams of Ocean Springs; four grandchildren, Ashley (Chris) Gruich
of Gulfport, Blake O’Brien of Gulfport’ Zack DiSalvo and Alicia DiSalvo, both of Indianapolis; four great-grandchildren, Tyler, Gavin, and Ava Gruich, and Austin DiSalvo; and numerous other family and friends.
A memorial Mass will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Biloxi where friends may visit beginning at 1:00 p.m.
