Linda Jean Cook

Mrs. Linda Jean Cook, 61, of D'Iberville, MS, died Thursday, July 16, 2009, in D'Iberville. Mrs. Cook was a native and lifelong resident of D'Iberville. She was a faithful christian and a loving mother and grandmother. Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Cook; daughter, Linda Lee Rush; son Robert James Cook; parents, Robert B. and Celeste Waltman Dobson; and two brothers, Buddy Waltman and Larry Dean Dobson. She is survived by her son, Edward (Brandy) Cook of D'Iberville; three sisters, Cecile Herron, Ann Proctor, and Elsie Christy; eight grandchildren, Tiffany, Little Eddie, Dayton, Dominique, Robert, James, Lucinda, and Lydia; and one great grandchild, Amayah. Mrs. Cook will be mised by all who knew her. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 22, 2009, at 1 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 675 Howard Avenue, in Biloxi where friends may visit from 11 a.m. until service time.
