Lodessie Sullivan Cox

Lodessie S. Cox, 77, died Tuesday, August 6, 2013 in Ocean Springs, MS. Born in Biloxi, she was a member of Eastern Star Magnolia Lodge in Biloxi. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth R. Cox; parents, Lavell and Marjorie Sullivan; and brother, J.L. Sullivan. Lodessie is survived by her daughter, Susan Robinson of Biloxi; sons, Kenneth M. (Sonja) Cox of Vancleave, Randall L. Cox of Biloxi and Manuel B. (Laurie) Cox of Biloxi; sisters, June Yates of Perkinston and Carloyn Montiforte of Saucier; brothers, Donald Sullivan of Vancleave, Dennis Sullivan of Biloxi and Richard Sullivan of Biloxi; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Private services will be held at a later date. Bradford-O’Keefe, Howard Avenue Chapel is in charge.
