Lois Evora Kates

Mrs. Lois E. Kates, 75, of Ocean Springs, MS, died Thursday, July 14, 2011. Mrs. Kates was born in Corinth, MS and had been a longtime resident of the coast. She was of the Pentecostal faith. Mrs. Kates was preceded in death by her husband, parents, Horce and Dovie Chandler Childers; sisters, Carolyn Childers and Wanda Kay Childers; and brothers, Travis and Bobby.. She is survived by a sister, Ann Lee of Vancleave; and Brother, Billy Clifton Childers of Saucier. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2011, at D'Iberville Memorial Park. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, In Biloxi is in charge of services.
