Lonnie Anthony Bobinger, Jr.

Lonnie Anthony Bobinger, Jr., age 59, of Gulfport, Mississippi, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.

Born on October 9, 1966, in Gulfport, Mississippi, Lonnie spent his life on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He attended Gulfport High School and retired from the City of Gulfport. He was known by many throughout the Gulfport community. 

Lonnie was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie Bobinger, Sr. and Dorothy Weaver (Jack); niece, Abby Bobinger; uncles, Elvin Bobinger. and Kearney Bobinger; and cousin, Ashlee Bobinger.

He is survived by his daughter, Christina Bobinger; son, Anthony Bobinger; sisters, Donna Cuevas (Danny) and Rhonda Breland (Jeff); brothers, Mark Bobinger (Amy), John Bobinger (Amy), and Kevin Bobinger; aunt, Sharon Dedeaux (Ronnie); and several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Lonnie will be remembered by his family, friends, classmates, and all those who knew him throughout the years. His memory will live on through the lives he touched and the memories shared with those closest to him.

The family appreciates the thoughts, prayers, and support extended during this difficult time.

Visitation will be Monday, June 29, 2026, from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. at the O’Neal Road location of Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m.
