Louise W. Cates, 81 of Vancleave, MS passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
She was born on April 20, 1945 in Hattiesburg, MS to Shirley Dewitt and Menford Dewitt. She was employed as a transport aide for surgery at the hospital. She enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Menford and Shirley Dewitt; spouse, Cliftion Cates, Jr.
She is survived by her son, David W. Cates’ and pet, Foxy.
A visitation will be held from 10:00am until 11:00am on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Vancleave, MS.
