Mae Champagne

Mae Bell Champagne, age 91 of Vancleave, MS died Wednesday December 15, 2010. She was a Christmas baby and would have been 92 years old December 25 of this year. She worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for over 20 years which included some service at Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Maurice G. Champagne. Both were members of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She is survived by her children Helen Sherry (Wendell), Gloria Sumter (Leonard), and Pamela McKay (Gene); six grandchildren and four great-grand children. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Vancleave, MS on Tuesday December 21, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
