Mardi Lynn Matthews

Mardi Lynn Matthews, age 84, peacefully was called home by the Lord Friday, December 1, 2017 in Biloxi, MS. She was a resident of Biloxi since 1979. She was very active in her church, serving as secretary of the LWML for 30 years and worked with the braille ministry at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Gulfport. Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Jesse Matthews; her sons, Michael (Susan) Matthews and Mark (Michelle) Matthews; her grandchildren, Michele Quinn, Michael Matthews, and Daniel Matthews; and two great-grandchildren, Mason and Jordyn Quinn. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 8, 2017 at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. Friends may visit one hour prior. Interment will follow at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
