Margaret "Monk" Carroll Butte Booth

Margaret “Monk” Carroll Butte Booth, 88, of Biloxi, MS passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at her home in Biloxi.

Mrs. Booth was born on February 8, 1935 in Biloxi, MS to Stanley and Ellen Butte. She earned her Bachelors Degree at Randolph-Macon Women’s College. Mrs. Booth was a life member of the Biloxi Yacht Club and past Queen of Les Masques. She enjoyed playing Bridge.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George B. Booth; her son, George A. Booth; and her grandson, Geoffrey A. Terrell.

Mrs. Booth’s survivors include her daughter, Ellen B. Terrell; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Private services will be held.
