Mark Joseph Abbott

Mark J. Abbott, 54, of Gautier, Mississippi, passed away February 27, 2019 in Gautier, Mississippi. He was born October 3, 1964 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Mark attended and graduated from Pascagoula High School. He also attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Mark served in the United States Army. He enjoyed fishing, hiking and gambling. Mark is Predeceased by his parents; Clareance and Josie Green Abbott; and his brother, Michael Abbott. He is Survived by his spouse, Christina L. Abbott; his children, Katherine R. Smith, Mark Wayne Abbott, Brandy Abbott, Brandon Caughhorn and Nathan Caughhorn; and his grandson, Owen W. Smith. A visitation will be held Monday, March 4, 2019 from 10:30AM to 11:00AM with an 11:00AM Memorial Mass at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Gautier, MS.
