Marvin Joseph Franklin, age 82, of Gulfport passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 in Gulfport. He was born in Loami, Illinois and had been a resident of the Coast since 1996 having moved from Sringfield, IL. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Franklin; a daughter, Marva Jo Rowan and her husband Michael; a sister, Margaret Franklin; and four grandchildren, Charlotte, Blake, Brooke, and Grace.
