Mary Davenport

Mary S. Davenport, 85, of Gulfport passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2016. Ms. Davenport was a longtime resident of the MS Gulf Coast. She was a graduate of St. Joseph in Bay St. Louis. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by all that knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert Strickland and Mamie Barber; and sister, Claudia A. Hodges. She is survived by a daughter, Claudia J. Davenport and son Robert H. Davenport (Dodie) all of Gulfport; and grandchild, Tyler Marie Napert of Carmel Valley, CA. Services will be held at a later date.
