Mary Dais Olier Holt

Mary Dais Olier Holt, age 92, of Ocean Springs, passed away November 23, 2021 of natural causes in the Ocean Springs Hospital. Mary was born February 2, 1929 in Biloxi to Elie Olier and Agnes Premeaux. She was married to Troy Glenn Holt for more than 69 years. She started work as a telephone operator for the Bell Company and retired as a senior assignments administrator after 30 years. Mary attended St Alphonsus Catholic Church and loved reunions with family and speaking French. Mary is survived by her husband Troy Holt, of Ocean Springs; her brother, Richard of Natchez, MS; sisters, Elaine (Volentine) of Houston, TX and Joan (Rehage) of Huntsville, AL; three children, Lisa (Richard Collins) of Valrico, FL, Lawrence (Karen Lemar) of Kingwood, TX, David Lee of Ocean Springs, MS; four grandchildren, Anne, Jennifer, Timothy, and Corey; seven great grandchildren, Jacob, Jared, Justin, William, Wesley, Madison, and Blake. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Audris, Cleo, and Douglas. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to “The Lord is my help” or St Vincent de Paul Pharmacy in Ocean Springs. A visitation will be held from 10am until 11am with an 11am service on Friday, December 3, 2021 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Ocean Springs, MS. A private burial will be held.
