Mary Joann Fortner

Joann Fortner, 54, of Biloxi, died Wednesday, February 18, 2009 in Biloxi. Mrs. Fortner was a native and life long resident of Biloxi. She was a housewife. She is preceded in death by her parents Mary Ware and Marion "Crip" Richard; inlaws, Henry & Ella Fortner, and brother-in-law, Rusty Fortner. Mrs. Fortner is survived by her husband, Daniel Fortner; three sisters, Marilynn Richard, Cindy Craig, and Susan Neece, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, February 20, 2009 at the Howard Avenue chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home with interment following in the Biloxi City Cemetery.
