Mary Margaret "Aggie" Scara Waltman

Mary Margaret “Aggie” Scara Waltman, age 82, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2016. Mary was a lifelong resident of Biloxi. She lived on the Point and worked in the seafood industry. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Wortham Waltman; her parents, Pascal Scara and Martha Davis Scara; brother, Joseph Scara; and sister, Verna Waltman. Survivors include her daughters, Betty Lou Nied and Melissa Kennedy; sisters, Frances Waltman, Ann Weems and Henrietta Kenworth; brother, Frank Wilson; granddaughter, Gretchen Grey; and great grandson, Jeffrey Kearney. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Linda Culberson for her care and compassion. Graveside service will be held on Friday, December 30, 2016 at Biloxi City Cemetery at 12:00 p.m. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
