Mr. Hall was born in Gulfport, where he was a longtime resident.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Joseph Hall.
Survivors include his mother, Teresa Nettles Hall.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026, at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 1726 15th Street, Gulfport, MS. Friends may visit beginning at 1:00 p.m.
