Michael Eugene “Mike” Alise, age 65, of Biloxi, MS passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 in Ocean Springs at the Lighthouse Memory Care.
Mike was born on October 16, 1959 in Lutcher, LA to Anthony Alise Sr. and Shirley Alise. He graduated from East Ascension High School. Mike Alise was a prestigious man that was prominent in his community. Early in life he became a proud Eagle Scout and later became a member of the National Eagle Scout Association. Along with this huge accomplishment Mike went on to continue building relationships and working on his legacy. The following are just a few of his many accomplishments and recognitions. Mike was a member of the Italian American Society, the Salvation Army, Mississippi Hospitality and Restaurant Association and a board member of Whitney Hancock Bank in Gulfport. He received several certificates of Recognition from the City of Biloxi and the Biloxi Police Department. Mike was also the leader of the Presidents Club and received recognition from Congressman Mike Pence for dedication to the Republican Party and GOP candidates. In 1995, Mike started Gulf Coast Produce and later went on to start GCIC (Gulf Coast International Cargo) in 2004 and Panama Blue Spring Water in 2010. He was an avid LSU and New Orleans Saints fan who enjoyed playing basketball himself. You would typically find Mike in the kitchen cooking a master class meal or enjoying time with family and friends outdoors smoking cigars, fishing, riding ATV’s or sitting around a fire just enjoying life.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony Alise Sr. and Shirley Alise; his grandson, Caiden Trabeau; nephew Dylan Alise and his brother-in-law, Terry Ducote.
Mike’s survivors include his wife, Christi Alise; his children, Ashley (Christian) Trabeau, Alysha (Shelton Vicari) Alise and Cambryn Alise; his grandchildren, Blakely Vicari, Brylee Trabeau and Laynee Trabeau; his siblings, Jim (Robyn) Alise, Tony (Lesley) Alise, Pat (Dana) Alise and Theresa Ducote; his dog, Paris; and his cats, Lala and Mittens.

A Memorial Service will be held at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Friends may visit from 11:00 am until service time.
