Michelle Lynn Simmons

Michelle Lynn Simmons, 56, of Biloxi, MS passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 in Biloxi.

Michelle was born at Keesler AFB Hospital in Biloxi and was a lifelong resident of the coast. She did a lot of volunteer work around the coast for senior citizens. Michelle always wanted to help others in any way that she could. She was very loved by her nieces and nephews. Everybody loved “Aunt Shell”.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Karen Seals; and her niece, Julie Williamson.

Michelle’s survivors include her parents, Carl and Catherine Simmons; her mom, Betty Bennett; her daughter, Brittany Simmons; her sons, Trae Braun and William Simmons; her sisters, Barbara Jean (Bill) Breland, Cheryl Simmons and Allyson (Chad) Westmoreland; her brothers, Stephan (Nikkye) Simmons, Jeffrey (Michelle) Cheick, John William (Michelle) Cheick and Jon Moody; and eight grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 1:00 pm. Friends may visit from 12:00 pm until service time. Interment will follow at D’Iberville Memorial Park.
