Mitchell "Mitch" Jay Strak

Mitchell “Mitch” Jay Strak, age 61, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2022 in Ocean Springs, MS. He was born on July 28, 1960 to John Michael Strak and Sharon Diane Grube in Sheboygan WI. He attended high school in Portsmouth, RI. Mitch enjoyed traveling, sports, concerts, fishing, grilling and spending time with family and friends. He worked in construction for Bob Latil.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Sharon Strak; his brother Mark J Strak Sr.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Debra Sylvia Strak; his son, Jay (Toni); daughters, Kristen, and Heather (David Jr.) Gray; grandchildren, CJ, Justin, Brenden, MJ, Kayne “Mitch” Landon, Tyler, Lillie and Cheyenne; great grandchild, Elena; brothers, Michael and Martin; nieces, Karen Patrick, Chelsea Strak; nephews, Mark (Emily) Strak Jr., Bradley Carrita.

The family would like to thank everyone for their outpouring love and support.

Visitation will be on May 27, 2022 from 1pm to 3pm at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs, MS.
