Mr. Marshal Nelson

Mr. Marshal "Buster" Nelson, 74, of Gulfport, MS, died Thursday, November 2, 2006 in Gulfport. Mr. Nelson was born in Biloxi and remained a lifelong resident of the coast. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of the Lutheran Faith. He Formerly worked as a route salesman for the Borden Company and F.E.B. Distributing. Mr. Nelson was preceded in death by his parents, Neils K. and Kathleen Rickard Nelson, and a brother, Leo Fred Nelson. Surviors include his wife of 37 years, Valerie Clark Nelson of Gulport; sister, Marie Meir of Wiggins, and a brother, Neils K. Nelson, Jr. of Fort Worth, Texas. Graveside services will be held Monday, November 6, 2006, at 10 a.m. at Biloxi City Cemetery. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
