Mr. Preston Merton Beasley, Jr.

Mr. Preston Merton Beasley, Jr., age 86, of Gulfport, died Thursday, January 11, 2007 in Gulfport. Mr. Beasley was preceded in death by his parents, Preston and Ida Mae Beasley, Sr; a son, William M. Beasley; a grandson, Mark Beasley; and a brother, Ralph H. Beasley. Mr. Beasley is survived by his wife, Billie Beasley of Gulfport; a son, Tony R. Beasley of Gulfport; a step-daughter, Carlene Gunter and her husband Cliff of Gulfport; a step-son, T. D. Rayburn and his wife Cindy of Gulfport; a sister, Dorothy Mae Sherman and her husband James of Lucedale; a brother, John Erskin Beasley and his wife Hazell of Lucedale; four grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren. Services will be Saturday, January 13, 2007 at 3:00pm at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, O'Neal Road, Gulfport; friends may visit from 1:00pm until service time. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
