MSgt Ronald Stanley “Willy” Wilson, Sr., 86, of D’Iberville, MS passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2025 in Biloxi.
Ronald was born in Bayonne, NJ on September 7, 1938 to Alton and Mary Wilson. He retired as a MSgt in the U.S. Air Force after 26 years of service. Ronald was also employed with the Biloxi VA for 30 years. He enjoyed crossword puzzles and family cookouts.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gussie Fryou Wilson; his parents, Alton C. and Mary Wilson; his son, Ricky Lee Wilson; his brothers, Robert Wilson and Stephen Wilson; his son-in-law, Jeffery Balius; and his daughter-in-law, Daphne Wilson.
Ronald's survivors include his children, Rachel Balius, Ronald Wilson, Jr. and Robin and James King; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Alton and Betsy Wilson and Rosemary Klepszyk; sister in-law, Irene Wilson; and his pets, Larry and Baby.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi. A graveside service will be held at Biloxi National Cemetery on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 11:00 am.
