Nella Mae Malone

Nella Mae Walker Malone, age 88, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017. Nella was born in Piggott, Arkansas and was a longtime resident of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She was formerly employed with Doctors Hospital in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She and her husband, Ed, were faithful members of the First Assembly of God Church in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Nella is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Edward S. Malone. Nella’s survivors include her daughter, Sondra (Ronald) McKee; grandson, David (Kim) McKee; great-grandson, Ethan McKee; great-granddaughter, Abigail McKee; sisters, Ayleen (Clifford) Smith and Daronda Blevins; and brother, Roy Walker. Services and interment will be held at a later date by Pastor TJ Woodard of the First Assembly of God Church in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge.
