Nina Smith

Nina Smith, 74, passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2016. After a 5 year honeymoon in Hawaii, Nina called Ocean Springs home for the past 36 years. She was an artist who loved to paint and was a member of the Ocean Springs Art Association. She was an avid golfer and managed the Junior Golf Program at St. Andrews. Nina was a member of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Kitty Kendrick and Edith Johnson. Nina is survived by her husband of 51 years, Frank Smith; son, Chip (Charlotte) Smith; and her brother, Derwood (Georgia) Kendrick. Private services will be held. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
