Norma Arcilla Bijou

Norma Arcilla Bijou, 88, of Long Beach, MS passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025.

Ms. Norma was a longtime resident of the MS Gulf Coast.  She was a talented musician who taught piano lessons to dozens of community young people enhancing their skills in music.  Her hobby was playing the piano.  She was an active member of St. Thomas Catholic Church in Long Beach.  She was a sweet, loving, caring, thoughtful disciple, a good financial provider and very supportive mother and grandmother to all her grandkids.  She will be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph Bijou and her daughter, Nobilyn Bing Marat.  Survivors include her three children; Pinky Noralyn A. Koger; Ferdinand A. Arceo and Fernando A. Arceo, Jr.; 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Services will be held at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Long Beach on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.  Friends may visit one hour prior to the service.  Interment will follow at Long Beach Cemetery.
