Onita "Nicky" Jones

Onita “Nicky” Jones passed away Sunday, December 15, 2024, with her nieces, Karen and Kathy by her side.

Nicky was a resident of Gallatin, Tennessee. She was born in Union, Mississippi, on October 26, 1951. She was a longtime resident of Sebastopol, Mississippi, prior to residing in Meridian Mississippi, then in Gautier, Mississippi. She moved to Tennessee in 2006. She loved her family, pets, and dear friends. She never met a stranger and was a friend to all. She was a loving sister, aunt, and friend, and will be missed by all those who knew her.

Nicky was preceded in death by her parents, Winnie Pearl and Fate Jones; and siblings, Peggy Gambrell, Jonelle Pinter, and F.L. Jones.

Survivors include her loving nieces, Karen Ronk, Kathy Allen, Ercelle Pinter; and a sister, Joy Robinson.

Services were held graveside by Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home at Crestlawn Memorial Park, Ocean Springs, on Sunday, December 22, 2024.
