Patricia "Pat" M. Richardson

Patricia “Pat” M. Richardson, age 80, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 30, 2016. She was born February 20, 1936 in Biloxi to Joe and Ethel Murray. Although she resided in Ocean Springs for 52 years, she was always a Biloxi girl. She worked for the City of Biloxi for 40 years in several areas, but retired as the Court Clerk of the Municipal Courts. She was a lady in every way the word implies, but she was also strong, independent, and a force to be reckoned with if you crossed the line. That line was her undying love and support for her children, family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, William (Billy) Murray. Left to honor her love and memory are her three children, Mitchel (Kathy) Richardson, Carin Platt, and Scott (Connie) Richardson; her beloved grandchildren, Christopher, Drew, Brittany, Ashleigh, Evan, Austin and Jon-Michael; and her “little” brother, Timmy Murray. She also leaves life-long friends and neighbors whom she loved dearly. Family, friends, and others whose lives were touched by Pat are invited to the Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 675 Howard Avenue, Biloxi, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturday, April 2, 2016, to reminisce, grieve, support, each other and, of course just chat and have a cup of coffee. Our Queen has passed. She is whole again, and though we are not, we are happy for her peace.
