Phillip L Horner

Phillip L Horner, age 84, of Gulfport died Monday, May 29, 2017 in Biloxi. He was a resident of the coast since 1978. He was retired from the U.S. Navy having served in Korea and Vietnam. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Terri Cummings. Mr. Horner is survived by his wife, Betty Horner; a son, Dale Horner; two grandchildren, Kelly and Amanda; and three great-grandchildren, Tide, Gemma, and Colt. The graveside service is Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery with honors by the U.S. Navy. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, O’Neal Road, Gulfport.
