Phyllis Stokes Manuel, age 79, of Wiggins, MS passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2022 in Wiggins.
She was born on March 16, 1943 in Newport News, VA to David Allen and Hazel Louise Hahn Stokes.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her spouse of 33 years, James R. Manuel; children Allen Brooks, Carroll Brooks, Amy Brooks, Gena and Scott Shefield, Brian and Wendy Manuel, Lisa Manuel and 20 grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday, May 13, 2022 from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. followed by a service at 2:00 p.m. at Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15452 O’Neal Road, Gulfport, MS.
