Rayford John Jiminez

Rayford “Ray-Ray” John Jiminez, age 83, of Biloxi, MS passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 in Gulfport. Rayford was born on April 8, 1934 in Biloxi, MS. He attended Biloxi High School. He retired from the U.S. Navy as a Seabee where worked in construction. He enjoyed working as a mechanic, football and western movies. He loved to travel during his spare time. Rayford is preceded in death by his parents, George J. Jiminez and Matilda Bourgeois Jiminez; and brother, George Jiminez, Jr. Survivors include his spouse, Lucile M. Jiminez; stepchildren, Angie Andersen, Linda Walden and Mike Walden; and grandchildren, Tiffany Toney, Christopher Toney and David Walden. Services will be held on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. Friends may visit from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
