Raymond "Ray" D. Frazier, 89, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025. He was born February 29, 1936 in Houston, TX to Raymond and Vera Lee Frazier.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Friends are invited to visit one hour prior. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
